It is a condition of this Insurance Policy that you read and agree to the following Declaration before obtaining insurance cover. Other exclusions and conditions apply, see the full policy wording for details.

Declaration
I declare that, to the best of my knowledge and belief I am not aware of any reason why the holiday should be cancelled or cut short. I also declare that the insured persons are not taking this holiday against the advice of any medical practitioner or to get treatment. I agree that this application shall be the basis of the contract of insurance

Material Facts
It is a condition of this Insurance Policy that all material facts are disclosed to the insurers. Failure to do so may affect your rights under the insurance. A material fact is something that is likely to influence the Underwriters in the acceptance or assessment of the insurance. If you are in doubt as to whether a fact is “material” then for your own protection it should be disclosed.

If you cannot agree with this declaration, you must phone Schofields on 01204 365080 quoting reference SUA/CC and we will tell you if we can give cover. Please note:

• This insurance excludes claims arising from pre-existing medical conditions
• This insurance policy is only available to residents of the UK and only covers holidays in the United Kingdom/Channel Islands/N.Ireland
• If there are more than eight members in your holiday party your application will be referred to Underwriters
• The insurance must be taken out at the time of booking the holiday
• The Underwriters will not be liable for any claim involving a person aged 81 or above.
