By means of insurance, provision may be made for repayment of: The deposit already paid (if not recoverable) and such amounts for which you may be legally responsible if your holiday booking is cancelled. Part of the holiday expenses paid or incurred and not recoverable or usable (including necessary additional accommodation and travel expenses incurred) which are lost through having to curtail your holiday. By reason of: - death of, accident to, sickness, compulsory quarantine (certified by a registered medical practitioner) jury service or witness call of a named member of the party.
- death of, accident of, or sickness (certified by a registered medical practitioner) of a near relative (husband, wife, father, mother, sister, brother or child) or a close business associate of a named member of the party.
- compulsory redundancy of any person named in the proposal form.
- cancellation of road or rail passenger carrying services due to strikes.
