If you require additional cancellation cover on top of the standard £1,000 sum insured, select your choice from the drop down list. (e.g. if your holiday costs £1450, choose £500, for a total sum insured of £1500.) If you require cover which the online quotation facility does not provide please contact us for a competitive quotation. To proceed with the insurance simply complete the online proposal form giving all the required information and submit the form. Alternatively, contact us and we will send you a proposal form straight away. top Q. How do I know you have received my proposal form and I am on cover? A. Cover commences from the moment your credit card payment has cleared and your certificate is sent to you. Usually policies are issued the same day, except on some weekends and public holidays when they will be issued the next working day. Once you receive your policy, you can be sure you have insurance cover. In the unlikely event that you have not received your policy 3 days after submitting your online proposal form, please contact us. top Q. How do I receive my certificate? A. Once we have received and checked your completed proposal form, we will e-mail you a Certificate of Insurance. This will be sent to the e-mail address specified on the proposal form. If you have trouble opening the Certificate or would prefer it sent by post, don’t worry. Simply phone 01204 365080 and we will arrange an alternative method of issue straight away.
